2. Exchange Eligibility

At Rasai, we aim to ensure that every item you receive meets our highest standards. However, if there’s an issue with your order, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel, but only under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of order delivery.

  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

  • There is something missing from the package, such as tags, labels, or accessories.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and any issue

  • Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged or tampered)

Please do not discard the packaging until your exchange is approved.

Each case is reviewed individually, and once approved, we’ll issue an exchange or provide a coupon of equal value, valid for use within 60 days.

3. Product Responsibility

All product selections made during checkout are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please review your cart, sizes, and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

We expect all purchases to be made in good faith, and Rasai reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
