At Rasai, we believe in creating a shopping experience that’s just as thoughtful as our clothing. That’s why we offer an “Allow to Open” policy — so you can open your parcel, check your order, and be confident before making any decisions.
We understand that you're shopping for your little ones with care — and we’re here to make that easier.
What is ‘Allow to Open’?
When your Rasai parcel arrives, you’re allowed to open the package in front of the delivery rider to check that:

The items match your order

There is no visible damage or defect

All pieces, tags, and packaging are included
Please note: Trying on items or removing tags is not allowed during this check. It's just a quick visual inspection for your peace of mind.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. However, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged, defective, or faulty

You received an incorrect item or size

Something is missing from the package (tags, labels, accessories, etc.)

Our team will review your request and respond promptly. If approved, we will issue an exchange for the same item or one of equal value.
Please Note:

All shipping and handling charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer exchanges on the following:

Sale or discounted items

Unstitched products that have been stitched

Custom, formal, or couture wear

Limited edition / Rasai Luxe collections

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders paid online can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Cancelled orders will not be refunded — instead, you will receive a store credit voucher valid for 60 days.

Rasai reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Stock unavailability

Payment failure or verification issues

Technical or quality concerns
